Oreste Monaco (Catania, 1992) is an art director. He lived for ten years between Milan, Barcelona and Madrid. He graduated from the European Institute of Design in Art Direction and worked as such until 2020, when with the start of the pandemic he decided to return to Sicily to dedicate himself completely to art. 

His entry into the world of art took place in 2013, when he exhibited his project “Hellenic Reflection” at Palazzo Franchetti, Venice, thanks to Cinzia Piloni. In 2022 he inaugurated the “Rinascita” exhibition in Noto, which led him to exhibit in personal and collective exhibitions in Noto, Catania, Milan, Paris and Greifswald and thanks to which he received the attention of newspapers also at national, including L’Officiel Art. 

In 2023 he returned to Noto with “The Lovers’ Rooms”, an exhibition that opened new doors for him in the international artistic panorama. 

In 2024 he participated with the “STP Gallery” in the art fairs “Art Karlsruhe” and “Photo Basel” during Art Basel. In May of the same year he exhibited at the “Early Birds” gallery in Knokke, Belgium, with which he inaugurated a personal exhibition entitled “Rebirth”. “The doors of dreams” is his third solo exhibition in Noto.
